Ingredients:
Carrot – ½ cup
Beera kaayalu – ½ cup
Snake Gourd -1/2 cup
Lauki – ½ cup
Cucumber - ½ cup
Tomato – ½ cup
Dates - ½ cup
Beet root -½ cup
Small Lime – ½ in size
Honey – to taste
Mint – 4 twigs
Cilantro – ¼ cup
This recipe has been adopted from Dr.Manthena Satyanarayana garu.
Method:
Cut all the veggies and greens into small pieces.
Blend all items until smooth
Add little water if needed.
