Bread and Omelette
Ingredients:
Wheat/any bread : 2 slices
Butter/ghee/oil : 1 spoon
Eggs :1
salt : a pinch
Pepper : a pinch
cinnamon : a pinch
Method:
Apply Butter/ghee/oil to bread and toast it until brown.
Break the egg in a bowl.
Add salt, cinnamon, pepper to the egg and beat it.
Pour it on a non stick pan and let it cook for few min.
Turn it and let it cook for few more min.
Place the omelette in between the bread slices and serve it.
Tip: Serve with ketch up on side.

I used to love this when we traveled in trains. My mom would get angry when i asked her to buy it for me.. then she would give in. Can't forget the KK express bread omelet exp.. your looks yummier, will give it a try some time. Please, also update your egg pulusu recipe, want to try it.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you liked the recipe. I should have toasted the bread in toaster. I can see the burnt sides of the bread as I toasted it on pan :-)..
ReplyDeleteWhenever I am lazy to prepare breakfast, I usually prepare this one as its very quick and easy to make..
I sure will update egg curry recipe either this week or early next week.
